Equine Veterinary Clinic:

It is recommended that puppies be wormed from 2 weeks of age and then every
2 weeks after up to the age of 1 month. This can be done with Drontal Puppy suspension
or Panacur Paste...
It is recommended that worming in foals is started at 4 to 6 weeks of age or
as soon as they start to graze on pasture. Treatment should be repeated every
4 weeks until they are 6 months of age...
It is a fairly lengthy process sorting out a pet passport. Each passport costs
around £150.00 plus the tick and worming treatment required with each journey.

Puppies should be vaccinated from an age of 8 weeks and again at 12 weeks. They
can be vaccinated from 6 weeks of age but this is usually solely with the Parvo
vaccination and usually given through the breeder, they must still have the normal
course at 8 and 12 weeks...
